What it does
CycleSafe helps women build a long-term picture of their menstrual and hormonal health. Instead of only telling someone when their next period might come, it lets them record periods, symptoms, pain, mood, sleep, bleeding changes and other experiences over time. It then turns that history into simple visual patterns and a doctor ready health report, so users don't have to rely on memory when explaining what has been happening to them. It also has a perimenopause/menopause tracking mode for women whose cycles and symptoms are changing. The app does not diagnose conditions; it helps users organize their own health information and communicate it better with healthcare professionals.
Are women the primary users, and how does that show
Yes. Women are the primary users and beneficiaries of CycleSafe. It is designed around women’s needs for tracking menstrual cycles, symptoms, irregular changes, and perimenopause over time. Features such as simple symptom logging, pattern visualization, a dedicated perimenopause mode, privacy-focused design, and doctor-ready reports were specifically built to help women understand their health history and communicate it more easily with healthcare professionals.
